The QA/QC Skills training course is designed to include ALL the essential quality knowledge and tools.
Anyone that plays a role in dealing with product, service or process quality-related activities should join the training.
Quality-related activities include setting up quality control checkpoints, ensuring the company’s product or service quality, improving and enhancing product or service quality level, and solving quality issues such as complaints, reject, scrap, etc.
Case study & QC Tools template

Along with the training session, the trainer will provide case studies with a ready-to-use QC tools template.
The participant will ask to use the QC tools template in the case studies activities. Any mistakes or questions that arise during the case studies activities will be discussed. It will make the learning more effective.
After the training, participants can use the QC tools template IMMEDIATELY for data collection and analysis at the workplace.
Printed hardcopy training notes
Always a better learning material
Printed training notes will help you write down any key information, ideas, example, or important notes during the training session.
We take care of your printing work. The printed hardcopy of QA/QC Skills Training notes will be courier to your company or house a week before the training day.
E-Certificate of completion
Proof of upskilling in your QA/QC Skills
Certificate of completion only will be issued to the participant with a minimum of 75% attendance.
Apart from it, participating in case studies activities will be considered in certificate issuing—the course designed for you to pick up the skills when you ‘do’ the activities.
Electronic certificate of completion issue comes with QR code. It is allowed anyone to verify your certificate was genuine. It’s a plus point to your future interviewer.

The QA/QC Skills Advanced Training Course is approved under the SBL KHAS scheme program (code#1000138911). We will provide the necessary documents for the company to log in HRD website to apply for the SBL-KHAS claim.
With direct payment from HRDF funds to us, the company does not need to pay for the training from its cash flow.
