Alex Yap starts his career as a quality technician, executive, manager, and group manager in 12 years of employment service. He was also assigned to lead in KAIZEN and company cost-saving programs.
He had worked alongside and learned directly from KAIZEN Expert Mr Shuichi Yoshida in introducing Kaizen Blitz to Malaysian SMEs. [ Mr Shuichi Yoshida: An ex-president and partner of the Kaizen Institute of Japan.]
Alex has facilitated more than 30 Kaizen projects within his 12 years career as a trainer and consultant.
