Does These HRDF Claim Guides Helpful?

We notice that many clients are still unaware of the changes in HRDF claims.

    An important note is:

" Apply for a grant BEFORE BEFORE training day!"

The same message goes for newly registered employers (companies) with HRD Corp.

Because a claim only can proceed for the “APPROVED GRANT” after the training is done.

I wish you a Happy and Smooth HRDF claim process!

      1. But, upon checking the approval, may i know how long does it takes?
      2. its stated that we can always check the approval grant from HRDF claim application status, but for claim, its only submit claims, search / withdraw claims and report. I have no idea where to check, appreciate if you can highlight this to me, many thanks!!
      3. To reconfirm, after the training, training company will directly claim from ours HRDF, right? is there a case where the claim is failed and company have foot up themselves? how high is the possibility?

      1. Great to know that it helps for you 🙂
        1. Grant approval within 24 hours; however, sometimes, it might take longer. So, we advise an employer to submit the grant application as early as possible.

        2. You and the training provider will receive an email once the grant application is approved. As per HRD, the application status is available on the employer’s dashboard, email, and e-TRiS inbox.

        3. The training provider must submit all claims 6 months from the training date with the necessary signed documents. As of our experience now, we have received payment from HRD for all the approved grants.
